Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total balance. Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, including same-day cancellations or no-shows, will result in 100% of the service total being charged. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Travel is included within a standard service area. Locations 1 hour or more from my base location will require an additional mileage fee. Travel fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to booking.
